The DTH bit is mainly used for cutting rocks. we adopt international production technology to ensure the bit with better quality assurance. The DTH bit face design mainly has flat, convex and concave. Different face can be used in different rocks.

Flat face: this is a universal design and can be used in hard rock and grindstone strong rock structure, so the DTH bit with flat face and spherical buttons is a more widely choice.

Convex face: this is a classic design for soft rock or medium hard rock with weak grind ability. This design has high driving efficiency when drilling soft rock or medium hard rock.

Concave face: this design is often used in hard and medium hard rocks with weak grind ability and fractured rock. Especially in deep hole drilling, this design can ensure the borehole straightness.
